About
The drought tolerant garden surrounds a 1983 concrete brutalist house on 1-1/4 acres. From the auto court a decomposed granite trail winds its way through a California fan palm oasis with views into the Desert Zen garden, Spa Retreat garden and ultimately arrives at the swimming pool looking out on the Tamarisk Country Club. A date palm grove provides a shade canopy for the outdoor dining area overlooking the sunken tennis court lined by citrus trees and cobble stone.
