Saturday, September 19 Open Day at Nomadica - Session 1

Weston, CT

The Garden Conservancy Preservation Partner Garden

About

Nomadica is garden designer Christina Koether’s ever-evolving working garden, a living, learning landscape where beauty, biodiversity, and experimentation meet.

On just 0.6 acre, production beds of cut flowers, unique vegetables, fruits, and gourds are integrated with perennial plantings, a native mini-meadow, and a stream that runs through the property. Two beehives and a small flock of chickens support a thriving ecosystem and deepen the connection between garden and kitchen. Every space at Nomadica reflects a curiosity about plant behavior, a love of seasonal change, and a commitment to doing more with less, showing how thoughtful, ecological design can transform even a small plot into a deeply abundant place.
