Gardens of Yvonne Casimir

Milford, NH

The Garden Conservancy Preservation Partner Garden

About

The garden has been created and fine-tuned for 25 years and now encompasses approximately one and a half acres scattered on 3.75 acres of land. I first started with a conifer garden to include some of my favorite conifers such as blue spruce, dwarf Alberta spruce and bird’s nest spruce.

The garden has since evolved to include a beautiful garden house surrounded by hosta, daylilies and boxwood. Over the next several years, I continued to create new gardens along the front, and back, also transformed an abandoned orchard at the back into a daylily garden enhanced with a variety of perennials and annuals to extend the season’s color.

There is a rose garden, hydrangea garden, magnolia trees, weeping cherry tree, ninebark, weeping willow tree, variegated cotoneaster, climbing hydrangea and

a garden shed in the lower area of the garden.

The property continues to evolve as I expand the gardens to include new plant material every year.

This garden's estimated size is 1.5 acres.

This Garden Host reports the following Terrain Notes about the garden: The gardens consist of both flat and slight sloping areas
