About

This Digging Deeper is presented in partnership with Wing Haven.

Join us as Garden Curator Michael Sheek discusses the current Iris and Hemerocallis collection growing at the Elizabeth Lawrence House & Garden. All the species and cultivars of both plant collections that will be discussed were originally planted by Elizabeth Lawrence.

Additionally, during this program, Nora Carothers, Gardener, will discuss the garden allies, such as beneficial animals, insects, arachnids, and bugs that help the Wing Haven garden team maintain the balance of the Elizabeth Lawrence Garden ecosystem.

The program will conclude with a garden stroll of the Elizabeth Lawrence House & Garden led by Michael and Nora.
