The 2025 Garden Conservancy National Speaking Tour kicks off at Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach, FL, on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, with acclaimed photographer Ngoc Minh Ngo, celebrating the subject of her upcoming book, Roses in the Garden: Stories of Treasured Collections. This event begins at 3 p.m., followed by a reception at 4 p.m. Tickets are $45 for Garden Conservancy members, $55 for general admission.
The West Palm Beach stop on the tour is part of the Daniels Family Garden Lecture.
Ngo will describe how her passion for roses and photography developed for her as a Vietnamese refugee growing up in California, and she will highlight her favorite rose gardens in various locations spanning the globe; England, France, Italy, Spain, Morocco, and Japan, and the United States. “Roses in the Garden” will be published by Rizzoli this spring.
Register via the link below to join Ngo and Garden Conservancy President and CEO James Brayton Hall for an illustrated conversation exploring the rose’s endless variety and beauty, and the horticultural art it has inspired.
Following her appearance at the Norton Museum, Ngo will continue her national speaking tour with the Garden Conservancy, visiting other locations across the United States. Future lectures are planned at Ebell of Los Angeles (May 6), Filoli in Woodside, CA (May 7), the New York School of Interior Design (May 20), the Chicago Botanic Garden (June 16), and the Missouri Botanical Garden (June 18). These subsequent events will offer further opportunities to engage with Ngo and her work, though the Norton Museum event marks the exciting launch of this nationwide celebration of Roses in the Garden.
