About

The garden is located at an 1854 farmhouse, which is a Summit County Historical Society Home. It has been carefully cultivated with native plants and flora and fauna that would have been present at that time.

The property features a pond, which attracts wildlife and what we call the “fairy garden” near the pond, which features include ornamental plantings, Japanese anemone and perennial geranium. Benches are provided for a peaceful place to rest and relax.

Some of the features of the property include a rare magnolia tree, a redwood as well as a weeping birch tree. Five varieties of hydrangea bloom, alongside roses and red bud trees and weigela.

Daisies, forget me nots, and black-eyed Susans evoke days of yore. In spring, plentiful iris and allium bloom. We hope you will come and enjoy the delights of our garden!

This garden's estimated size is 0.5 acre.
