  The Glasshouse Garden is a fifteen-year-old garden, set on half an acre, that surrounds an English Tudor-style house that is nearly 100 years old.

  Your first impression of Dorothy Danforth's Garden, started 43 years ago with one shrub on a half-acre corner lot, is the kaleidoscope of colors. As you look more closely, you see the inspired planting combinations, the garden ornaments that accentuate the color palette of many of the plantings and the trees and shrubs that enhance the effect.
