  Set on nine sprawling acres, The Sumacs features a stately home designed by Ehrick Rossiter and built in 1894.

  Gardens at North House

  Located on a charming country road, the 1930s cottage-style house and gardens sit on close to four terraced acres. A naturally-fed pond at the top of the property overflows into a rocky waterway surrounded by wetland gardens.

  This Japanese garden is intended to evoke a sense of serenity, as different rooms invite the visitor to pause and reflect.
