Cassiopeia Farm

At Cassiopeia Farm, Samantha Eberhardt and Daniel Poole weave a spirit of land stewardship into the world of cut flower farming on their 10 acres of the Blackland Prairie ecoregion. Unique in the floriculture industry, the farm grows a multitude of native Texas flowers, grasses, and shrubs, which brings local character to their floral arrangements and bouquets while providing valuable ecosystem services.
